InLei® PICASSO is a brush created specifically to apply the third substance of Filler/Lotion so that it is completely absorbed into the hair and effectively reaches the root. The bristles of the InLei® PICASSO brush have been designed with such softness that they can also come into contact with the very delicate skin of the lash line.
