Cream-oxidant 3% LEVIAN should be used with LEVIAN dye. It guarantees bright and long-lasting color.

How to use

1. Remove makeup and dirt from eyebrow and mascara area.
2. Squeeze out the colour from the tube into a glass or plastic container and add the oxidant. The mixing ratio is 1:1.
3. Stir until homogeneous.
4. Apply the composition evenly to the eyebrows in a thin layer to get a bright imprint on the skin. Curing time 7-10 minutes, the saturation depends on the curing time.
5. Rinse the hair with a cotton pad soaked in water.
